Social Emotional Learning
When WBSD7 staff talk about SEL, or social and emotional learning, they are talking about the practice of developing skills that allow individuals to successfully navigate through various social settings while also regulating their emotions. This can include abilities to empathize with others, communicate effectively, manage stress levels, and make sound decisions.
