WBSD#7 is committed to maintaining open communication between the district and the community. Community meetings will be held several times a year, either quarterly or more frequently as needed.

MEETINGS FORMAT:
1. Presentation: A brief overview on the topic
2. Q&A Session: Answers to questions submitted by community members prior to the meeting
3. Open Discussion: An opportunity for community members to speak directly with the District Administration, School Board Members, and any guest presenters in an informal setting off stage
VIDEO RECORDING and Q&A INFO:
The presentation and Q&A session will be recorded and made available the day after the community meeting. All topic-related questions and answers will also be shared with the community in the days following.
