Thank you to everyone who contributed to and participated in the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the New Elementary School on October 4, 2024. We are especially grateful to our wonderful children, who were the highlight of the event, and to the Williston High School band for their outstanding live music. We are grateful to all WBSD7 staff who helped make this day a success.

We’d also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our emcee, Anna Nelson, and our speakers: Mayor Klug, Dr. Faidley, Kyle Renner, and Abbie Axtman. Special thanks to JE Dunn Construction, JLG Architects, and the City of Williston for their support in hosting the event.

A huge thank you to 3 Forks Services for assisting with planning, setting up, and serving delicious hamburgers and hotdogs to everyone. We also appreciate Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative for providing water for all attendees.
